Whether we eat too much or too little, the conventional wisdom tells us to examine the role of food and exercise in our lives. However, it’s my experience that these factors too often have nothing to do with the underlying cause.
With my clients who’ve been struggling with their weight, I have detected energy imbalances. It’s not actually a weight issue at all – it’s an energy issue.
As energetic beings, we can experience energy imbalances for a whole host of reasons. And some of these imbalances manifest themselves in our eating habits and weight.
The key is to identify what the person experiencing weight issues is struggling with. The way to do this is to delve into their energy anatomy – where their beliefs, attitudes, thoughts and motivations can be found.
With my Weight Issues Reading, I scan my client’s energy system remotely with the intention to perceive the underlying emotional, psychological, spiritual or physical cause of their struggles. I then offer them intuitive insights and guidance on how to deal with the root cause to improve their overall wellbeing. When this cause is resolved, the weight issues resolve themselves automatically.
