The format is a mixture of lecture and guided meditation which leaves you feeling like you got your money’s worth. Edward includes exercises, personal tips and ideas on how to advance once you progress.
Of course, a set of CDs cannot replace the personal interaction that plays an essential part in psychic development. But for those who want to work on their own or who cannot find anyone to train under, this is a good place to start.
The shelf of psychic CDs is overcrowded and yet Developing Your Own Psychic Powers still stands out.
