Total Mind: Insight
I’ve always been interested in the brain and how we can use it to attain altered states of awareness to access information that would otherwise be out of our reach. Some time ago I came across a CD that offers listeners just that opportunity.
Total Mind’s Insight is a guided verbal meditation CD that lasts for 30 minutes. The single track contains a unique, but not distracting, blend of binaural beats, harmonic frequencies, overtones and pink sound that have been meticulously orchestrated and scientifically engineered to put the listener into a state of deep relaxation. In this relaxed state, we don’t have any of our day-to-day distractions or worries and are able to take advantage of our intuition and own source of wisdom.
It’s the kind of meditation that you can use as often as you like. And because it’s not limited to one area of your life, you’ll find it highly versatile in its application. As such, you might say that it has a very long shelf life.
There are no subliminal messages on Insight. So there won’t be any residual effects or any surprises – except that you are likely to have the answer to your question when you're finished.
