What would you ask?

When I launched PsychicBridges, I began working with clients from all over the world and with whom I had never spoken. Even though I had been giving readings for over two decades, I must admit that I wasn't sure how successful it would be over the internet. As PsychicBridges approaches its second anniversary, I have taken the opportunity to make a few observations.

First, I could have never anticipated the warmth of the welcome and the positive feedback that I have received from you. Hardly a day passes when I don't receive an email from someone telling me about the role that their Scopes play in their lives. And I am so pleased and honoured that you have made logging on and checking your Scopes part of your morning routines. There I thought that it was just a Monday-to-Friday office thing. Second, the types of readings you have been asking for via the site are another area that I have reflected on. Initially, the types of readings I was asked for were very general. Commonly, I was asked "Will I ever find love?". "What direction is my life taking?" or "Where is my life going?" were among other popular questions I received from many of you. But there's been a subtle and yet pronounced shift.

Now the types of questions I get are much more specific, much more focused. And while there's absolutely nothing wrong with an expansive, broad reading, I am still struck by how your tastes for readings have changed. These days I am more frequently asked about whether to accept a promotion, whether to enter into a business agreement or whether to buy this or that house. I also have a client who consults me on a regular basis regarding the venues for his theatrical productions.

For this reason, June's Ask Alan features a client who took her email reading to a different level. Vivian has been struggling for years with a weight problem. Going from diet to scales just hasn't worked for her. And before resolving that it was simply her lot in life, she decided to explore whether an email reading could help identify what was underlying her overeating.

From years of psychic consultations, one thing I know is that people come to me for answers - specific answers. However, the answer is only as good as the question asked. Vivian, potentially like many of you, wasn't sure if she could seek psychic insights regarding her weight.
